Here’s my story…
If there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life and career, it’s this: connection changes everything.
I didn’t always know that, though.
Early on, I thought success was all about working harder, being smarter, or simply powering through challenges.
But time and experience taught me something different. The key to leading, connecting, selling, and thriving isn’t just in what you do—it’s in how you communicate.
My journey into mastering the art of communication wasn’t a straight line.
It actually began with a divorce!
While the aftermath of my divorce was extremely challenging, the learning and growth that I experienced as a result of that season of my life, turned into a passion for understanding how people think, what they need, and how to communicate in a way that creates life-changing connection.
As I climbed the “corporate ladder” I saw firsthand-how miscommunication, distrust, and disconnection— held organizations and people back from their full potential.
I’ve learned through my career that in every organization, the success of your people hinges on one simple but often overlooked truth: great conversations lead to great results. Yet, too many teams are stuck in cycles of miscommunication, disengagement, and unmet potential.
